Tasked with acting on the client's behalf, we assume the responsibility for overseeing the entire project, including the planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.


DESIGN
MANAGEMENT

Acting as the owner’s advocate, Ocean’s Edge collaborates closely with the design team to ensure the concept aligns with the client's project goals and budget. Possessing a keen awareness of this phase's opportunities and challenges enables us to proactively identify and address risks, ensuring a smooth and efficient design process with prompt resolution of obstacles.

ASSEMBLY

Ocean’s Edge offers comprehensive assistance in assembling a full project team,  including Architects, Engineers, Speciality Consultants, General Contractors, and others. We pre-qualify potential professionals and develop and distribute a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) while coordinating interviews and evaluating proposal responses. 


CONSTRUCTION
ADMINISTRATION

Participation throughout the entire construction phase of the project allows Ocean’s Edge to adopt a hands-on approach to safeguard our client's interests. Acting as the project liaison, we will consult on all aspects of the construction process. By diligently managing risks and challenges, we lead the project team to achieve a successful outcome for the project. 


BUDGETING &
SCHEDULING

Ocean’s Edge will assist with the development of the project budget, offering alternatives to optimize cost-effectiveness and ensuring that unnecessary costs are avoided to keep the project on budget. Providing proactive schedule management avoids delays and by forecasting deviations ensures the project is completed on time.


MOVE
MANAGEMENT
 

Upon the completion of construction, Ocean's Edge offers valuable assistance in overseeing the building occupancy process. This includes the installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)and move coordination into the facility. The result of our comprehensive oversight is a smooth and seamless transition into a fully functional and welcoming environment.
