Experience

Ocean's Edge Advisors is led by Keeley O'Leary, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. With a successful track record of overseeing complex projects worth over $250 million, Keeley possesses the expertise and know-how to effectively guide projects to completion. Keeley holds Master’s degrees in both International Real Estate and Business Administration, as well as certifications from LEED, CCIM, and CPM. Keeley's accomplishments include winning BOMA's Rising Star award and serving on the boards of various real estate associations. Prior to founding Ocean’s Edge, Keeley worked at Colliers International overseeing a portfolio of both property and project management assignments.
